CAN I PERSONALIZE A CUP I ALREADY OWN?

At this time you can not send in a cup you already own for engraving.

 

CAN I HAVE MY BUSINESS/SCHOOL/TEAM LOGO ENGRAVED ON A CUP?

Yes! Please click here to go to our custom logo listings. You can also email us at info@justbeeco.com to discuss options. We can create bulk orders for your needs.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER A CUP THAT IS BACK ORDERED?

We keep a variety of colors of cups in stock depending on the style.  When we reorder our vendor may have items on back order ranging from a week to a month.  You will be contacted via email of any back ordered items and have the option to select another in stock color, wait for the color to be back in stock or cancel the order.

 

HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please refer to the current listings for shipping timelines. Since all items are made to order, there is a longer processing time than if you order a premade item from a department store.  Please email info@justbeeco.com prior to ordering if you need an item quickly to ensure your request can be fulfilled.

 

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail from San Diego, CA.  It can take up to 7 or more business days for packages to reach the East Coast via First Class Mail.  Priority Packages are usually delivered within 2-4 days of shipping, but USPS does not guarantee a delivery date for Priority packages.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship to the US and Canada. 


CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! You will be provided a tracking number for your order via email when your order has been shipped. 

 

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

All orders shipped to addresses in the state of California are subject to sales tax. Otherwise, there is no tax.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

We ship packages Monday-Saturday, excluding major holidays. We respond to emails Monday-Friday as we take the weekend to spend time as a family.

 

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Since you are ordering a made to order product, all sales are final. If upon receiving your order there is a problem please send an email to info@justbeeco.com within TWO days of receiving. Please be sure to include your order number and any important information.
