WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER A CUP THAT IS BACK ORDERED?

We keep a variety of colors of cups in stock depending on the style.  When we reorder our vendor may have items on back order ranging from a week to a month.  You will be contacted via email of any back ordered items and have the option to select another in stock color, wait for the color to be back in stock or cancel the order.

 

HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow up to 2 weeks for items to be processed before it ships.  Back ordered items will require additional processing time.  Since all items are made to order, there is a longer processing time than if you order a premade item from a department store.  Please email hellojustbeeco@gmail.com prior to ordering if you need an item quickly to ensure your request can be fulfilled.

 

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail from San Diego, CA.  It can take up to 7 or more business days for packages to reach the East Coast via First Class Mail.  Priority Packages are usually delivered within 2-4 days of shipping, but USPS does not guarantee a delivery date for Priority packages.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! You will be provided a tracking number for your order via email when your order has been shipped. 

 

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

All orders shipped to addresses in the state of California are subject to sales tax. Otherwise, there is no tax.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

We ship packages Monday-Saturday, excluding major holidays. We respond to emails Monday-Friday as we take the weekend to spend time as a family.

 

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If upon receiving your order there is a problem please send an email to hellojustbeeco@gmail.com within FIVE days of receiving. Please be sure to include your order number and any important information.
